In keeping with the vision that Msgr. George Kwame Kumi, the first chaplain of the Catholic University College of Ghana, articulated and the foundation that he laid, the Chaplaincy provides students and staff opportunities to "explore and develop the spiritual dimensions of their lives". The new chaplain, Fr. Michael Ntow, prepares liturgies and retreats, gives spiritual counseling and promotes other activities for the entire University Community.
Through the sacramental life, the Chaplain endeavors to encourage students to develop habits of worship and a personal spirituality. The Chaplain offers daily Eucharistic celebrations, Days of Recollection during Advent and Lent, and Thanksgiving Masses to mark the opening and closing of the academic year. |
