Whenever the need arises, some cases will be referred to trained psychologists/psychiatrists and experienced staff members, in collaboration with the administration, Deans, parents, etc. The Chaplaincy will offer help to needy students to adjust to the challenges of College life. Do not hesitate to ask for guidance and support. The Chaplaincy will be available on Wednesdays for consultations and cofessions between 11:30am and 2:30pm. You can also book an appointment on other days: 11:30am-2:30p,
Special devotions (Stations of the Cross, Rosary and others), may be organized on Fridays at 5:00pm, according to the season and occasion.
During each semester a retreat (retreats) will be conducted for students and offer them time away from the pressure of lectures, to relax and take stock and give thanks.
The Chaplaincy will encourage the formation of devotional groups such as St Vincent de Paul, Legion of Mary, Divine Mercy and other Prayer Groups or Catholic Students' Movements (e.g. Pax Romana). The Chaplaincy will assist and guide all religious societies that the authorities allow to organize on campus.
Every member of the University Community is cordially invited to come and share a gift or talent, as a member, a patron, etc.
If you are a Catholic Student of the University, you are an automatic member of Pax Romana
The Catholic University Chaplaincy (assisted by the student leaders and supported by friends and sympathizers both from within and without) has been organizing outreach and collaborative ministries outside campus, while embarking on humanitarian acts towards needy persons in the larger community.
You can always be part of the community service and the humanitarian gesture, if you contact the Chaplaincy. Interested students/staff can register at the chaplaincy to participate in the various ministries as: Altar Server, Bible Reader, Chorister, Usher, etc.
Weekend Masses and Other Programmes

In future the University Chaplaincy will offer Saturday Evening Mass to fulfill Sunday Obligation. The Chaplaincy will encourage students to assist and enrich the local church through weekend participation in the liturgy and ministry of the local parishes.
Each year the Chaplaincy will offer opportunity to the University Staff to set a day aside for recollection, seminar or spiritual conference as the authorities may determine.
